Which Bee Hive Ash Catcher Angle Should You Choose?
Start with the joint on your bong. Choose the 45° version when your connection is angled and the 90° version when your connection is vertical. In both cases, the lower joint is 14mm male, so the bong needs a matching 14mm female connection. Before ordering, also make sure the 5-inch catcher has enough clearance from the bong body and base.

What Does the Showerhead Perc Add to This Wet Ash Catcher?
The Bee Hive uses an extra water chamber around a showerhead perc, so smoke passes through water in the catcher before entering the bong. At the same time, the chamber catches ash and residue upstream of the main piece. That makes this a true wet ash catcher rather than a dry catcher that only collects debris.
Because the top connection is also 14mm female, keep the bowl side of the setup at the same 14mm size. Add only enough water for the showerhead perc to function without pushing water into the bong, then check the draw and clearance before use.
