Products Damaged in Shipping

If anything in your order arrived damaged don’t worry about a thing we have you covered! At Fat Ass Glass we pay for shipping insurance so you don’t have to! Each order includes free shipping insurance. We make it quick & easy to get a replacement. Although we take the time to inspect each and every item for defects / damage before shipping sometimes items are damaged in transit. We professionally pack and wrap each item before shipping but sometimes damage is unavoidable when shipping fragile items. We know this is a bummer but that’s why we developed our easy stress free replacement process :)

Step 1: Carefully unwrap your order avoiding touching any broken glass and or products.

Step 2: Safely document what is broken.

Step 3: Please take photos of any items damaged in shipping & the shipping box itself if you see dents and or damage.

Step 4: Email the photos of the damaged items to support@fatassglass.com or text us directly at 774-415-0740. Please be ready to provide your name on the order or order number so we can find your order & prepare the replacement as fast as possible for you.

Step 5: Sit back and relax! We do the rest. We will get your replacement ready to be delivered to your door & quick!

Step 6: Please hang onto the damaged products until your replacements arrive. At this point you can safely dispose of the damaged products :)

Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy for more info. We ask that all damage is reported within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Used items CANNOT be refunded / returned. Please do NOT use damaged items.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 48 hours after delivery. If 48 hours after delivery has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  ALL ORDERS WILL BE CHECKED FOR USE AFTER BEING RECEIVED.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
