SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders $50+. We use both UPS or USPS depending on the package size.
TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within business hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern Time Zone. We ask for a minimum for 24-48 business hours to fulfill your order. UPS / USPS does not pick up packages on the weekend.
CARRIERS
We use USPS & UPS.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking numbers will be sent VIA email if you did not receive a tracking number 48 business hours after placing your order feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Note: UPS does not pick up packages on the weekend & both USPS & UPS are closed on Sundays. Note: We have the same tracking details as you do via the USPS or UPS website.
Upgraded Shipping Protection
Optional upgraded shipping protection is available at checkout. USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground + only cover up to $100 worth of value. With upgraded shipping protection we are able to cover above $100 for lost / damage claims.
Lost Packages
When a package is lost we will initiate a lost package claim with USPS / UPS to try and locate the package. UPS asks for up to 8 business days to locate the package. Often they are able to retrieve and deliver the package. We must follow UPS / USPS protocols.
Orders Returned to Shipper
We are not responsible for incorrect address entered at point of sale so please make sure your shipping address is correct including unit or apartment numbers. If USPS or UPS is unable to deliver the package we are not responsible for this error. Upon receiving the returned package we can send you an invoice to cover shipping back to your address or offer a refund deducting the original shipping expense.
