Customer service = excellent...bong is a little too tight

Fat-ass glass got the item sent quickly and it arrived insanely packaged to prevent any possibility of breakage. The owner even scribbled a nice personal note.

The Phoenix Star does great in the freezer stays cool for a nice session. However, the pass-through tubing in the glycerin ball is extremely narrow, so it's struggle to pull hard on a hit.

Will DEFINITELY be buying from Fat-Ass Glass again.
